    Summer Begins

    June 9, 2005 // 53No Comments »http%3A%2F%2Flifeasmission.com%2Fblog%2F2005%2F06%2Fsummer-begins%2FSummer+Begins2005-06-09+11%3A27%3A00JR+Rozkohttp%3A%2F%2Flifeasmission.com%2Fblog%2F%3Fp%3D53

Well, I am home and the summer has officially begun for me. It is so unbelievable hot and humid here. Who woulda thunk? I have already seen many beloeved people and the first of 2 weddings I am doing this summer is this Saturday!

Nearly a full year in California and this is still very much home and the familiarity of everything came back with a vengeance. Everything is right where it was when I left.

I already suspect that the summer is going to go by like a flash and soI am resolute about making the most of every minute and miximizing the time I have to spend with family and friends. My prayer is that this will be a summer to remember and I can’t wait to see what that might mean.

Not sure how well you can see this, but I had the chance to watch ET in the park tonight with some friends (next pic). One of the benefits of So Cal life!

Toward a Missional Vision of Theological Education

One of my main areas of interest is the shaping of a missional paradigm of theological education in Post-Christendom. To that end I wrote a series of 9 posts on the subject that have become foundational for work that I am continuing to do in the current context of seminary education.
