If God sees fit to heal me on up by then, I will keep it in mind. What could be better than running the streets of the Dena in mid-November?!

You should come to Pasadena for the city's first ever Marathon and half! It is mid-november, on my birthday no less. (11/16). I'm doing the half.

just had a few friends ask me about the difference between the emerging church and emergent churches. would love to have a conversation with you so I can follow up with them. somehow it escaped me that that was the topic of your class!

Tell Clay - some IT band issues - an atrophied part of my quad, bone spurs, floating bodies, arthritis, etc. I am going to a Campbell clinic rehab place in midtown - just did the assessment this morning. They gave me some home exercises and I will go twice a week for the next 3 weeks then reassess. Have Clay call me if he has any advice.

Too bad Clay's not there to help with your knee, you should totally ask him about it, though. I know he'd want to hear what's wrong and who you're seeing for PT. (If you're going to a sucky place, you can go somewhere else because TN just passed a law recently allowing direct access to physical therapy... you don't need a doctor's referral anymore, you can just go wherever you want and have your insurance cover it.)
