It should be out next month but if you need a fix now the Sync app will work. Google calendar is probably the easiest way to share calendars. iCal Server requires Leopard Server. And if I read the material correctly, Mac users must be running Leopard and PC users must be using Mozilla's mail client to access shared calendars.
