		<description>Oh JR, your honesty is great.  I don&#039;t think your pastoralness is gone.  Quite the contrary.  I think you just long for the deeper relationships that a 65-mile-per-hour lifestyle is not condusive to.  And in those relationships, to see people move closer toward God.  Yes, that is life: seeing a movement of people toward God.  And having a small part in that facilitation.  Love it.  Hang in there, brother.  God will bring you into another season of seeing these gifts in full fruition.  I can see it in you.
